• Not valid with other promotions, coupons, vouchers, or point redemptions. Members may still earn points for the purchase.
• Price excludes delivery.
• Delivery fee is $18.00 per location, except for selected areas.
• Delivery fee is $30.00 per location for Tuas, Jurong West, Changi, and Sentosa, regardless of spent amount.
• Delivery to offshore islands, restricted areas, or special locations may be subject to availability and additional charges.
• Deliveries are available from Wednesday to Friday, subject to shipment schedule, and exclude public holidays.
• Requests for a stipulated 2-hour delivery window will incur an additional $10.00 surcharge.
• Self pick-up is available strictly by appointment only.
• Items may be replaced with another item of similar value, subject to shipment schedule, availability, and quality checks.
• Strictly no refunds once order is confirmed.
• Taste preferences are subjective and may vary from individual to individual. Refunds or replacements will only be considered for spoiled food items, provided they are reported to us within 6 hours of receiving the items, with supporting photos.
