• Promo codes will be credited to the user’s CDG Zig app within three (3) working days upon successful purchase.

• No replacements will be issued for expired promo codes.

• Only one promo code may be used per booking.

• Promo code value will be deducted from the final fare upon trip completion. If the fare is lower than the promo value, the balance will not be refunded.

• If a trip is cancelled or the passenger does not show up, the promo code is deemed forfeited and will not be replaced.
